Vom Balkon aus geniesst man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Flims und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Der ideale Ort zum Entspannen!

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

This chalet is centrally located in the beautiful village of Laax, with a lovely garden featuring a lounge and a balcony with a stunning view. In winter: The house is a 2-minute walk from the ski bus stop, and a 5-minute walk from the ice rink and the beginner's pony lift. In summer: The house is a 4-minute walk from the lake and the indoor swimming pool, and 5 minutes from the newly opened longest treetop path in the world (Senda dil Dragun).
