Welcome to 'The Studio!' our lovely little studio apartment/tiny house! This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. It has a stylish, spacious yet cosy living area, a separate kitchen and shower room, and private off-road gated parking. We are a 10 minute walk from the city Centre & Train Station.

The Den, self-contained cottage

The Den, self contained, beamed cottage attached to our own family home, situated on a rural country lane close to the village of Bartestree, only 4 miles from the historic market town of Hereford, ideally located for exploring the glorious Wye Valley, nearby Malvern Hills & the Black Mountains above Hay on Wye (home to the world renowned literary festival). Footpaths leading from the front door will take you to walks with glorious panoramic views of the surrounding countryside & 6 counties

Two Ravens - Self contained woodland getaway.

A cabin in the woods, built with timber from our woodland. Within the 100's of acres of Queenswood Country Park. Woodland walks. A cozy fire for winter, a verandah for warm summer nights. Fully fitted kitchen. Comfy king size bed. Come and live with the trees and the birds. Close to the Black and White trail, food lovers Ludlow, Antique hunters Leominster and historic Hereford. National Trust houses and gardens within easy reach. It’s a 40 minute drive to the festival town of Hay on Wye.

Cosy Self Catering Maple House Lodge

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. The bedroom has a super king size bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and hanging rail and en-suite shower. Parking on site Guests are welcome to use our Gym

If you are needing a space to relax whilst visiting the beautiful county of Herefordshire for work or a holiday, then this is the place to stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting areas both inside and outside to admire far reaching views across Herefordshire. It's just 3 miles east of the city of Hereford, 9 miles from Ledbury and a stone's throw from the border of Wales. The property is bordered by many footpaths with plenty of places to explore.

The Nest At Walnut Tree Farm

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The upper floor of a one bedroomed annex with its own shower-room. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Own entrance, a small patio area at front. Off road parking. Hosts live in the main house. The accommodation is on the edge of a village so no street lighting. Village shop and local pub in walking distance.

We want you to relax so breakfast is provided for your first morning. A bright and modern annexe with underfloor heating & radiators to keep you toe-toasty. Located in a rural hamlet, but within walking distance of a village shop and garden centre, you'll get a quiet night's sleep & wake refreshed.

Clean and tidy, completely separate studio apartment (1 king sized bed + optional floor mattress). Parking available for one car on secure, gated, private driveway. The Annexe prioritises your security with secure doors, windows, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance covering the residence, gardens, and parking areas. Hereford City Centre is within easy walking distance as are the Lugg Meadows with lovely country walks.

A charming ,vintage inspired annex. Bedsitting room with tiny dining/work area.Sunny terrace, really brilliant wet room and small but equipt new kitchen inc microwave . Own access 15 mins walk from county hospital. , 5 mins walk from central Hereford. On steet parking ( will need to borrow a pass so please mention if your driving) So, small kitchen, small wet room , small bedsitting room and your own terrace.

Quiet, luxury flat for 2 .

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.

Garden Lodge, Close to city centre, and River Wye

A lovely light airy garage conversion completed in summer 2017. Ensuite shower room. Free parking, easy walking into city centre. River Wye walks very close and public swimming pool and gym across the road. Electrical car charger half a minute away. Kettle and toaster and an under counter larder fridge in place. Use of the garden in fine weather. Host lives on site.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.
