Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. The Waggon at Westcombe

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Hygge at Springfield House

Located in the village of Crockerton only 5 minutes from Longleat and Center Parcs. Detached from the main house with plenty of off road parking our stylish Scandi studio apartment has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room a lounge/kitchen featuring a double sofa bed, dining table and TV. The kitchen has full, but very basic, cooking amenities making this an ideal haven for a mini ‘hygge’ break or work trip. Toiletries are provided together with food and drink starter pack.

The lodge has 2 en-suite bedrooms comfortably accommodating 4 people. Extensive parking right outside the lodge. Located very close to Longleat, Stonehenge, Stourhead and many other wonderful locations including a short drive to Salisbury, Bath, and many more.

Self Contained Annexe in Warminster, Wiltshire

This one bed self contained annexe was built in 2022 and has been finished to a high standard. The property is situated in Warminster (a small market town) in a very quiet cul de sac. Just a few minutes away from Longleat Safari Park. Only 30 minutes to Bath, Salisbury and Stonehenge. The annexe has its own private entrance. It has an added bonus of air conditioning for the summer months.

Our Property is on the very edge of Warminster. We can accommodate a maximum of four persons in two rooms. We are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. Family bathroom. Breakfast includes croissants jams cereals juices etc. A kitchenette, TV DVDs books games BBQ and use of the front garden. Please note we have a Labrador dog.
