Nestled down a lane only a 3-4 minute walk to the seafront with its numerous restaurants and bars. Just a 15-20 minute 'steep' walk to blue flag beach ‘Langland Bay’, great for swimming, surfing, & paddle boarding. Mumbles is the gateway to Gower Penisula, the UK's first designated area of outstanding natural beauty - beaches, castles, salt marshes & views galore!

The fully fitted kitchen had a dining table with 4 chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
