Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. The apartment sits on a boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars.

The four rooms apartment is 120 m2/ 1292 Sq. Ft. It has two bathrooms one with a bathtube/shower, a sink and a toilet, the other with a shower and a sink and there is one more separated toilet too. The property is in the heart of the Palace district, home of beautiful old buildings, libraries, and art galleries. It is just a 5 minute walk from Lörinc Pap Square with its many restaurants, bars, and terraces. Within 10 minutes you will find the National Museum and the beautiful Wenckheim Palace that is home to one of largest libraries in town. The biggest food and produce market, the Great Market Hall is only 15 minutes on foot, so as the riverbank of the Danube (Fovam Square).

Spring Cottage: Peace & quiet in a good location.

Spring Cottage is situated separately from the main house, affording the occupants complete privacy. It's in the middle of a garden surrounded by huge trees, with a gazebo opposite the cottage for guest use. Szentendre old town is within walking distance, as well as the local tram service to Budapest. Opposite the premises is a small shop. A short ten minute walk will take you to local shops, pharmacy etc. The hosts speak three languages: English, Hungarian and Italian and some Finnish.
