Great place—very clean and exactly like the pictures! The instructions were clear and helpful. The host also gave great recommendations for places to check out, which was much appreciated. The only issue was communication. When I asked about an early check-in, my message was read but never answered. Then, at check-in time, the cleaning crew was still there. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but improved communication would be helpful for future guests. Overall, I would book again!

Hands down best AirBnb I've ever stayed at! Place feels like a luxury hotel with all the small details (towels folded nicely, great smells, clean feel, etc.). Must stay here for any Winter Park trip (~5 min drive to mountain and walking distance to restaurants). Kitchen was also fully stocked and has a grill in the balcony which was very appreciated.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne chez Thomas. Je suis un amateur de plein air et encore cette année, j'y ai découvert de superbes endroits autour du logement pour pratiquer la randonnée et le ski backcountry avec de magnifiques points de vue. Aussi, à 40 minutes de route du logement, le long de la route 40, on trouve des stationnements nous donnant accès au ski backcountry. Je suis également allé faire du kite ski en haut de la trail Butler Gulch (35 minutes de route) avec des paysages magnifiques. Le logement est propre et possède tout ce qu'on a besoin pour un long séjour. Thomas est un hôte accommodant et sensible à tous nos besoins. Afin de profiter à plein des activités de plein air au Colorado, c'est certain que je choisirais encore de demeurer dans le logement de Thomas.

Nice two bedroom apartment with generous living and kitchen. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The bus to Winter Park picks up in the parking lot. So easy.

We loved this beautiful, cozy condo! The ski in/out access was very easy (although it’s worth noting that if you have a beginner skier in your group you won’t be able to access ski-in because it requires intermediate skill, but beginners will be able to ski out at least!) and SO convenient. We loved being able to go back to the condo to take a ski break in our own cozy surroundings. The place is small but still feels spacious, with a really big bathroom and plenty of closet space. I loved having the tiny kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every single meal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Blake’s space was perfect for my girlfriends and I for our quick one night stay after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect and the space was comfy. We also really enjoyed the hot tub.

Our family enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient to skiing (only a 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch), the grocery store, and town. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the place. Super clean apartment, close to restaurants, bus stop (Winter Park) and other activities. Kitchen is stocked and location is unbeatable. Private heated parking is a perk in winter. Janet is responsive and helpful.

Nedspread is an adorable house and very well appointed for people that want to feel at home. After a day on the slopes the hot tub and steam shower were heavenly. Dana responded quickly and was very personable. The house and features appealed to our 16yo son and our fur baby who had a blast going in and out chasing the crows.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations are very comfortable and the location is great for visiting Winter Park.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, or skiing the nearby trails, every moment was perfect. This place was amazing! Kari and Dan made us feel welcomed and right at home. The place was super clean and comfortable. There were enough bedrooms for my husband and I and our 2 older kids. We could have easily had one more couple stay with us. The best part was their very informative binder with basically every question answered you could think of! :) Even though there was a slight hiccup when we got there because a fuse had blown, they were responsive and attentive and it was fixed immediately. It’s in a great location very close to all the town restaurants and things to do. Sledding for little kids and the main area for concerts in the summer. I would rent this again in a heartbeat!

Susan's house was exactly as described and pictured. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was very clean and incredibly well equipped. The furnishings were perfect for the place and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped. We loved the mountain views from the balcony, enjoyed the hot tub. The primary suite was very luxurious and the other bedrooms were well laid out and it was nice that they also had their own bathrooms. The town is just a short ride away and getting to Winter Park for skiing was super easy. We were very glad we found this house!

Their place was so cozy and warm with a lot of board games which we did not use because we were exhausted from skiing lol. The BEST LOCATION. You can’t get more convenient as you walk out the door and are at the lift. The place was as advertised and a good option for our family of two adults and two young kids

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

Nicole's place is truly amazing! The location is perfect and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. My family and I were comfortable and throughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped w/many supplies to make gourmet meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. Everything was clean and well-stocked w/personal care products. The hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Grand Lake!

The place is incredibly nice with great amenities. The host is very active and helpful. I would highly recommend it for 4 people. However, I would suggest having your own car, since there aren’t many buses or public transportation options around. Having a car makes it much easier to get around and fully enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time! Our plans included skiing at Winter Park, which was about a 25-minute drive, and visiting Hot Sulphur Springs, just 15 minutes away. Though the Silver Creek facility is older, it was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the onsite amenities, especially the hot tubs. Overall, a great experience!
