三上勘兵衛本店　―文化財「旧三上家住宅」の離れで江戸情緒を愉しむ―

京都府宮津市の史跡、「旧三上家住宅」の隣に有ります一軒貸しの宿です。 旧三上家は宮津城下において江戸時代より廻船業、糸問屋、酒造業を営み繁栄してきました。また江戸幕府の巡見使、明治期には有栖川宮熾仁親王、小松宮彰仁親王の宿泊先にもなり、現在は重要文化財として国の指定を受けております。その離れを宿「三上勘兵衛本店」として再生いたしました。屋号は酒造業をしていた当時のものとしました。その頃の雰囲気を残しながらオーナーが厳選した上質なフローリングやタイルを用い、1階リビングにはセレクトしたソファーやテーブル、バーカウンターを配置。ゆっくりと寛いでいただける空間を作りました。古来より多くの人を魅了した港町宮津にてその歴史、四季折々の移ろいを感じながら、上質な空間と共に暮らすようにお過ごしください。 ご宿泊のお客様に旧三上家住宅の観覧券をプレゼント！チェックイン日、チェックアウト日どちらでもご利用いただけます。是非お運びいただき江戸情緒を感じていただければ幸いです。 旧三上家住宅の営業時間は９：００～１７：００です。（入館受付は１６：３０まで） 年末年始（１２月２９日～翌１月３日）は休館です。

Haruya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.

K's Villa Kamogawa-an is an authentic Kyoto style wooden house located right beside the Kamo river only 3 mins walk from Shichijo station. Artist's house in Kyoto with a big cypress bath

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

kyoto villa soso (Near Kyoto station)

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

To ensure you enjoy the stay to the fullest, I set check-in and check-out time to both 12:00 Noon. So you can stay up for 24 hours with one night booking. YAMANOTE HOUSE is accessible from major Kansai stations with 37min from Kyoto Sta. or 65min from Osaka Sta. If you come by car from Kyoto it takes less than 1 hour. The area aournd the house is once small castle town. The house is located next to the Shrine, Hiyoshi-Jinja, where the Omizo Festival is held on May 3 and 4 every year.

宮津市街中心部に残る築100年の純日本家屋「小粥家」 アンティーク古民具や階段箪笥、長持(布団などを収納する嫁入り道具)が飾られ、昔ながらの日本の暮らしが体験できます。 和貴宮神社裏手に佇み、神社の祝詞が静かに響いてきます。 その先には、2024年1月国の重要文化財に指定された日本最古級の木造教会堂「カトリック宮津教会」があります。 宮津駅から徒歩8分(600m)、海までは5分。スーパー、コンビニ、コインランドリーが徒歩5分圏内にあります。 日本三景·天橋立まで自転車で15分という大変恵まれた立地です。 松並木を走った先にはパワースポットとして名高い「元伊勢籠神社·真名井神社」があります。 伊根の舟屋までは市役所前からバスで約1時間、片道400円でアクセスできます。 古民家のため、家の密閉性はあまりありません。冬は暖房器具を完備していますので寒さはしのげますが、隣家との壁が薄いです。 特に夜間は大きな声や音を出さないよう、よろしくお願いいたします。 家具家財が古いため、10歳未満のお子様のご宿泊はご遠慮ください。 英語対応OK。お気軽にご相談ください。
