This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

Rumahnya enak banget dan super nyaman! Tidurnya nyenyak banget, tempat tidur empuk dan suasananya tenang. Di belakang rumah ada gazebo.tersedia jg karaoke, seru banget buat santai dan quality time bareng keluarga atau teman. Proses check-in juga mudah dan cepat, nggak ribet sama sekali. Host-nya juga baik banget, sangat detail, dan responnya cepat setiap kali dihubungi. Terima kasih banyak, pengalaman menginapnya luar biasa! Very recomended if you looking for a place to stay that close to Siloam Hospital. Unitnya sangat bersih dan sesuai dengan foto. Akses kursi roda juga sangat mudah dan banyak restoran serta ada supermarket. Host sangat komunikatif dan fast response. Thank you. Will be back for sure.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Hosts are communicative and fast response. They let us check in earlier and that's quite helpful. On the other hands, pls kindly check the bath tub installation cause there's a constant leaks each time we took a shower. Overall, the place itself looks exactly as in the pictures. Thank you hosts !

stayed for 10 days. the place was neat, accurately represented by the pictures. Seiky was very accomodating to my early check in and late check out request, along with some other needs. this listing is best suited for a single or couple traveler as the second bedroom is furnished as a mixture of walk-in closet and study/work room in lieu of a bed, though a foldable mattress is provided.
