This is a super cute and homey house in an adorable neighborhood! Kristen was a wonderful host going above and beyond. We loved it! Tips: - There is an abandoned looking home immediately next door that is under construction. The houses line up and one night the window next door appeared to have been left open (unsure if someone was inside). Everything is in view from the kitchen window so maybe don’t walk out of the bathroom naked if you’re modest. 🙃 - There is a neighborhood rooster/bird that will wake you up before 6 AM. We found it cute, but a fan or sound machine may be a good idea if sounds bother you. - The renters before us left the doors open leaving behind several flies. Kristen warned us beforehand so we took advantage of the fly swatter, but after 3 nights we still hadn’t gotten them all. Keep doors shut! - The day bed has a slight dip in the middle. Great location for Dickie’s Arena! Felt safe walking at night. Nice place, extremely comfortable bed. We left clothes in the dryer and Lauren offers to mail them to us! Great host!

Fantastic house and location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very easy to navigate. All the extras and snacks were fantastic. only criticism was that the Wi-Fi wasn't working very well while we were there but those things happen. would absolutely stay there again

This place was wonderful. Everything matched the profile. The host was very responsive with any questions I had. It was extremely comfortable. The beds were great and place was super clean.

Was best value for area. Neighborhood is lovely. Close to lots of things to do. Older small apartment building in a residential area.

Thomas's place was perfect! Very clean, no clutter and all appliances were new. It was great to be able to walk to many restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great stay, three king beds all very comfortable. We love took and the kitchen was well stocked with everything one could need. And the 100” tv in the living room was kind of mind blowing.

This is a beautiful house. It clearly has been lovingly restored. The main bedroom is very large with a great en-suite bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower. Lots of natural light in this main bedroom. The attached den/bedroom/sitting room has a pullout couch that we didn’t utilize. The other bedroom is also spacious and Miranda pushed the two twins beds together for us so that we could use the second bedroom for another adult couple. The kitchen was well appointed. Keurig was clean and stocked for coffee. The blackout curtains and white noise machines were helpful to block out the train and street noise. Would recommend and stay here again!

We booked Susie’s place last minute after a rough start to our Texas trip. She accommodated us on short notice and greeted us upon arrival to make sure all was in order. She was always very responsive if we had any questions. Nice touches of positivity throughout the house seen in decoration and art work.
