Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

Suurepärase asukohaga korter, sissepääs kontaktivabalt uksekoodi abil. Tartu kesklinnas maja neljandal korrusel asuv ühetoaline korter, kuhu külalised pääsevad hõlpsasti bussiga (1,1km) või rongiga (950m). Autoga tulles saate parkida samasse tänava äärde. Tasuline parkimine on tööpäeviti 8-18, muul ajal tasuta. Samuti meil tasuta kiire internet ning ligidal bussipeatus. Jalutage 5-minutit Riia mäest alla ja olete kohe kesklinnas! P.S. Stay in one of Duo Lofts’ larger apartments: a distinctive 41 m² two-level loft in Tartu Old Town. The loft sleeps up to six with a king-size bed upstairs, a queen-size bed and sofa bed downstairs. Enjoy air conditioning, a full kitchen, Smart TV with Chromecast, PS4, fast Wi-Fi, views of St. John’s Church and free access to the building gym. The upstairs sleeping area is curtain-separated and has no door.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).

Quiet apt. with sunny balcony

Apartment is locating in the area, where are wooden houses from 19-20th century, called Karlova. Nearby are bar and tiny cafes with enjoyable atmosphere. Grocery store (Tähe Rimi mini) 120m. Karlova park nearby. 15 minute walk to the city center.
