Kick back and relax in this light filled calm and relaxing apartment. Be greeted by stunning views of Wilsons Promontory and Waratah Bay as you arrive. From a stunning bathroom, modern kitchenette and comfortable beds, your host will ensure that you have a fantastic stay. Wildlife surrounding the property are kangaroos, echidnas, wombats and an abundance of bird life including lyrebird and our resident kookaburra. Get away to this rustic 1960's beach shack, perched up on a hill with lovely views across Venus Bay town to the dunes behind the main patrolled surf beach. The house is in the perfect location only a 2 minute walk to the shops, bar and eateries and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Close enough to hear the sound of the waves at night. Pets are welcome. The house aspect is planned to be right amongst the action of town and yet have enough native bush and privacy to feel like you've really escaped.

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!
