Welcome to The Park Cottage, we are thrilled to have you stay with us. Staying at the Park Cottage means you get a clean and sanitized home all to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area with internet connected TV, second floor loft with two single beds and play area for kids. You also get a sunroom with beautiful forest views, and an outdoor firepit. We are located adjacent to Paris Mountain State Park property, and a State Park Pass is included in your stay.

Located on North Main you will have a 20 minute straight walk to the heart of downtown. Lots of shops, restaurants, record store, hair salons,coffee shop, pizza place, bbq, breweries and even a Waffle House within a 5 to 7 minute walk. Super safe and in a historical neighborhood. Room To park one car at the back of the house. Swamp Rabbit trail is 10 minutes away. 0.7 miles to The Bon Secours Wellness Arena 1.1 miles to The Peace Center 0.6 miles to The Hyatt Regency Furman is 5 miles

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Welcome to my Cozy studio with a New King bed and a 1 bath studio only 10 min from downtown Greenville. This home is Duplex home (which means 2 homes side by side) But each home is its own unit. The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room, where you will find a washer /dryer unit. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.
