Welcome to our humble homestead! Private space, in a quiet neighborhood, our little getaway from home, built by yours truly. Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

Welcome to The Eighth in charming downtown Greer! This beautifully renovated 1920s home blends historic character with modern comfort. A note about the train: Like many homes in downtown Greer, this home is located near an active railroad. You’ll likely hear the train as it passes throughout the day/night. Many guests find it adds to the character and history of the neighborhood, but if you’re a particularly light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs or using the sound machines provided.
