This house is situated on a working farm so on occasion there will be stock work nearby, (with the accompanying acoustics) other times it will be just the surrounding rural views to keep you company. The property is located within minutes from the Waitomo Glowworm Caves and all the other attractions that this region offers. The school house

The School House is situated up a tree lined driveway, and offers peaceful, self catering accommodation for 1-3 people. It is an 5 minute drive (3km) from the centre of Te Awamutu. The school house is situated in a rural setting, with beautiful views of the garden and surrounding countryside. Built in the 1880's and operational as a school until 1939, it has a character and history that is unique. Surrounded by trees it has a host of native birds including Tui, Fantails and Kingfishers.
