Sandra and Rob are always really kind, thoughtful and helpful hosts and it is a pleasure to stay with them.

we had a lovely break at the foxes den shepherds hut . The views are amazing and the area is beautiful . everything was as explained by Viki and it couldn't have ran any smoother. Our Shepherds Hut was Very Clean and beautifully decorated and the Easter Eggs were a lovely touch. We will certainly be back and would reccomend to anyone who wishes to explore the beautiful Devon countryside and Coast line.

We had the best time here! Penny and Ant were so welcoming and kind. They gave us maps and recommended nice walks in the area which was so helpful. The shepherds hut itself was perfect, really cosy with the wood fire stove and great selection of games. It has everything you need, nice hot shower and Penny provides delicious breakfast food and scones. Such a special place, can’t recommend enough!

I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Came down for two nights and it was so peaceful and charming that we stayed for three. Juliet was really helpful throughout, the well stocked kitchen was a pleasant suprise and made the stay a dream, and waking up in that beautiful secluded little space with the birds singing was such a welcome break from out London home. The whole space felt very private and you can really relax there. It's not the easiest place to find, but Juliet's instructions were very helpful. We will definitely stay again if we're around the area Thanks Juliet!

An ideally located cabin with beautiful surroundings it was so peaceful and tranquil we couldn't of asked for any more the cabin was spotlessly clean and very well equipped just sitting in the hot tub with a drink watching the sun set was amazing we will definatly be going back

The Shepherds hut was perfect for us, amazing location and views. Very relaxing and quiet. Sofabed was very comfortable, lovely drop down table was a bonus. Close to showers and toilets. Would highly recommended coming here, and our dog loved it as well.

A fantastic stay, a beautiful location totally quiet from the surroundings. The actual place is perfect, the fire instantly warms the whole area and will last for hours. Everything you can need is provided ready and James and Megan reply and offer help before you can think of it! Fantastic place would love to stay again!

Lovely peaceful stay in a beautiful part of the world. Great base to go to Dartington for a day out. Had a special visit from the farm’s 3 legged spaniel who was adorable. Gutted we only saw him once! Hot tub got plenty of use.

Stayed here for an early bank holiday celebrating my wife's birthday, we absolutely loved the place, the surrounding garden area was absolutely beautiful and very private/peaceful, the accommodation had everything we needed for a short stay with a very comfortable bed and nice hot shower. The hottub was obviously the highlight and we were both very sad to get out for the final time. Location was also very good, walking distance to both the train station, supermarket (Lidl) and the town centre. Although I grew up in Devon, I don't recall spending anytime here in Teignmouth but we had a great time exploring both the town and took a boat across the Shaldon one of the days also. Would highly recommend staying here for a nice and relaxing getaway.

Pattishams was absolutely perfect. I booked it for 3 days to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and it was exactly what we wanted. The hut had everything we needed and more, the hot tub was great, so worth organising the preheating! Our little dog Cooper had the best time, and it was so nice that it was enclosed so we didn't have to worry about him. It is in a great location, it felt so peaceful yet you're so close to the local town. We ventured in for a early evening drink and then into Chittlehampton to The Bell where we had food (recommended). Lecina was a great host, very helpful and communicative. We would happily book again and again!

Beautiful shepherds huts (3 separate huts - bedroom, kitchen and toilet plus hot tub!). Really well kitted out. Super private location. Lovely walks near by and local pub (The Millbrook inn) does a delicious Sunday roast! Would recommend!

Great place to get away from it all, with easy distance from Dartmoor and other surrounding walks. The area is great for dogs to play around. Our dog is very anxious so was great to have his own little area to run around in! The hut itself is cosy, with everything we needed. Even staying in February the hut was warm and shower was perfect and hot. Great after a cold walk.

Second visit this year💗 This place well and truly has my heart. I’ve never been anywhere in my life that I have felt so peaceful then this place (and I have travelled to so many beautiful countries). Dreamview Shepherd Hut are absolutely breathtaking, I could not recommend them enough. If your contemplating booking, don’t think just book it you won’t be disappointed. Melanie has thought of every little detail you could possibly need. I love this place so much, from sitting in the hot tub watching the stars to laying in bed with the cosy fire lit. I don’t ever want to leave this place. Please keep these huts forever!💗 Thank you so much Melanie and family - you have truly out done yourselves with this venue. We had an amazing stay at Jess & Johns place. Fantastic location and extremely private. It was such a beautiful place for us to have a well needed break. We highly recommend this stay and would be more than happy to visit again.

I stayed here with my toddler, and we had *such* a great time. Louise was so helpful with her recommendations for places to visit, and she’d thoughtfully left some toys for my daughter to play with which was such a big help. The hut and its surroundings are beautiful: private and peaceful. Sheep, chickens and cows were roaming close by, and you really could just hear birdsong. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the outdoor space in the evening was brilliant - the BBQ/fire pit was a great bonus. Everything was clean and thoughtfully created/decorated, and we had everything we needed. I will definitely be recommending this to friends. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

The shepherd’s hut is such a gorgeous little place to stay. It is kitted out really well and the view from the terrace is stunning. The wood burner keeps you warm and the bed is surprisingly comfortable! Will definitely be back the next time we want to go to Woods in Dulverton.

A fantastic stay! This Shepherd hut was spotless! The area is so quiet and friendly. Plenty of walks on the doorstep. The location is fantastic, especially when travelling to Dartmouth. Two pubs serving food within a few minutes walk was an added bonus. Excellent WIFI. Thanks Nina for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at Bramley hut! It was spotless with lots of nice touches. The skylight in the dark so you can see the stars was beautiful. The hot tub was amazing and the host was so kind and offered help if we needed it.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Zena has thought of everything you could need for any eventuality. The little hut is full of anything you might possibly need. Was spotlessly clean. Zena messaged before giving clear directions and we found with no issues. Lovely grounds to walk around. Pictures don’t do it justice. Highly recommend. We will definitely visit again for longer. Thank you Zena for such a beautiful short stay.

100% recommend staying here. The pictures are exactly what it’s like in person and more! The attention to detail was amazing, everything you need for your stay is there. They even had hot chocolate and marshmallows for a cosy night around the fire-pit. Communication with the host was very formative, clear and in timely manner. We would definitely return as it is the perfect relaxing getaway but also walks/restaurants close. Thankyou so much!

We absolutely loved our 4 day stay at the Little Charred Hut, the location is idyllic right in the middle of the woods, near to a babbling brook, it's completely private with no neighbours or passing traffic, just the sound of the birds! The Hut itself has everything you need, it's very cosy with an extensive verandah (with 2 comfy rocking chairs) giving a feel of more sheltered space, which was great as the weather wasn't perfect the whole time. The surrounding area is so beautiful, and an easy drive away from so many beautiful places to explore. We'd highly recommend this gorgeous little place for an intimate stay in the midst of nature.

Jen was the most fabulous and thoughtful host! The hut was beautifully decorated and Jen also included a happy birthday banner and balloons for our stay! The hut was spotless and super cosy. It was perfect for a chilled evening away and we were blessed with a sunny evening so could enjoy the tub and garden loungers. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet - plus a beautiful hot chocolate machine!
