Your place is located on top of a hill on 2 1/2 acres. This is an older home in a great location. You are a bike ride distance to all the wineries and walking distance to a few. Sitting atop a two and half acre private property, this home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Property has direct access to the Santa Margarita River Trail Preserve. Stunning views from every room. Original wood French doors open off the dining and living rooms inviting the outside in. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall just outside the kitchen while having your morning coffee. Dine al fresco on the patio or just relax with a glass of wine from one of the many local wineries. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 960 sf, and the deck area is about 800 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.
