Tellico Plains Inn, Boutique Hotel, The Babcock

The Babcock Room is the largest room in the entire Inn, and the only room on the first floor. The Babcock Room has a king bed and a futon. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The room has its own ductless heating and cooling unit, 55" smart TV, console/desk and chairs, k-cup coffee machine and a mini fridge. Although rehabbed in 2023, The Tellico Plains Inn was originally established in 1916 and is in the heart of Tellico Plains and the start of the Cherohala Skyway.

Experience our two room Tin W Suite named for the Tin W Printing and Hardware Store that was located in the building in 1880. It has a Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa and hotel-style kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. The sliding glass doors allow natural light to flood the space, and you can't get a better view! Sit on the private back deck with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset behind the Appalachian Mountains. Guests must be able to walk up a small hill to access the cabin.
