There are great views of Tennyson Down with a fabulous walk straight from the door. Local shops and cafes are all within easy walking distance, so you can truly relax.

Rose Cottage is a 3 bed cottage (sleeps 5 plus infant) situated less than 5 mins walk from the stunning beach at Freshwater Bay. Close by is Tennyson Down with its stunning cliff top walks to The Needles as well as beautiful beaches at Totland & Colwell Bay. The cottage has an enclosed front and rear garden plus off street parking. Within short walking distance are Dimbola Tea Room, The Piano Cafe, Farringford House, The Albion, the bus bar and a visiting pizza van in the summer.

The Cabin - Freshwater Bay

This coastal retreat is tucked along a private lane oppositeFreshwater Bay - you can stay without relying on a car as the bus stop is on the doorstep. There are so many simple delights: sea swims, beach BBQ's, dramatic coastal walks, explore caves, discover rockpools, crabbing, fishing, hire a SUP, or a nature walk through the marsh – even a round of golf! The Cabin offers a relaxed base to explore the many charms of the island. Perfect for a romantic break or a week with the kids.

‘Smugglers’ quirky hideaway

Smugglers was once an old stable attached to the back of our house. It’s still linked to the house, but is self contained. It’s unusual shapes and fixtures make it very quirky and would suit people that like something a bit different. There is a main double bed and a mezzanine deck ideal for relaxing on. The little kitchen allows you to stay in and cook for yourself if you fancy a cozy night in. The courtyard in front of smugglers can be used for bbq’s if the weather is kind!

Little Mount is part of a magnificent old Victorian house, set high on a cliff-top above a sandy bay perfect for swimming. The gardens boast a family of red squirrels, views across the sea to a lighthouse and the use of a gym in our own 'beach' hut. Close to Yarmouth ferry, Little Mount is the ideal place for a happy holiday all year-round, with family-friendly beaches & a balmy climate in the summer, cosy log fires in the winter & some of the finest walks in England.

Bungalow with Sea Views

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway! A period Arts and Crafts bungalow with a sunny, fenced, garden overlooking Freshwater Bay. You are welcome to bring your dog and walk from the front door in every direction to enjoy the West Wight. Enjoy a short stroll down to Freshwater Bay, continue further all the way to the Needles in one direction. Step out of the back gate and onto the bridleway leading over the downs to our favourite place, Compton Bay.

Relax with the whole family in our peaceful Bungalow. Spacious lounge area with Log burner for cozy nights in. Alternatively there are many welcoming pubs and restaurants nearby. Within an 8 Minute walk you can access the tranquil safe waters of Colwell Bay, and the island Famous restaurant THE HUT and THE WATERFRONT with its cinematic beach views. Also a short 5 minute walk to freshwater village where you will find an array of traditional shops and cafes.
