Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Baita Palma è l'alloggio ideale per famiglie,coppie o amici che amano stare in mezzo alla natura,senza però privarsi della "movida" del paese. Infatti il nostro appartamento, ristrutturato completamente nell'estate 2020, si trova a pochissimi passi dal centro restando però in una zona tranquilla e appartata da dove sarà facilissimo accedere agli impianti sciistici.
