If you don’t want to get in the car, walk along the canal into town (20 mins) for lunch or a glass of wine in the sun.

The town is located within a 20-30 minute drive of larger towns; Telford, Shrewsbury, Newport, Newcastle and Nantwich making it a perfect base for a short break.

Downstairs is spacious with a private bathroom and over bath shower, generous kitchen with basic food provisions and utensils and living space with TV. The light and airy double bedroom upstairs provides stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Orchard Cottage Rural Retreats is home to two luxury Glamping Pods, The Laurels and The Beeches (Dog Friendly Pod) – situated in Pell Wall just a short drive or walk from the Market town of Market Drayton. Next-door to our site we have a Secure Dog Exercise Area ‘The Dogs Paddocks’ available for private hire we also have many lovely walks on the doorstep and a traditional pub The Four Alls inn at the end of the drive. Gîte 63A is a self contained annex (old barn) at the side of our Grade 2 listed home and shop. The Gîte is accessed by a separate entrance. It’s cosy, quirky and quiet, contemporary furnished with all amenities needed to make your stay relaxing, enjoyable & stress free. Parking is just around the corner in the public car park.
