Absolutely fantastic local place to stay — spacious, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a holiday rental. The thoughtful personal touches like books, board games, fresh linen, and fluffy towels and the handy handbook made it feel extra special. Walking distance to beach and lake.

We had a fantastic stay at Kirsten and Paul's place in Tumbi Umbi. Beautiful spot which felt like the countryside but was also a stone's throw to everything the Central Coast has to offer. Loved it! The house itself was really well equipped with everything you could need for a few days away, some lovely touches and extras too. Thank you!

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

Kristina's place was charming and the listing was accurate. My favorite part is the outdoors space, where I listened to the birds and breathed fresh air. Kristina was very responsive throughout the booking process, and their check-in instructions was really clear. I had requested an early check-in due to my flight arrival time, and they communicated the details with me and let me know if it was possible. Luckily, it was, and it made the world of difference for my trip! For anyone that cares about this, the water pressure is amazing. Thank you Kristina!

What a delight The old schoolhouse was to spend time. Kerry and Peter were very welcoming and it was so easy. The schoolhouse is very comfortable and well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. We loved all the history of the place and information provided. It was quiet and very relaxing. A short walk to beach and pub! The absolute best thing is Kerry and Peter kept our little doggo company when we attended our function. Highly recommend this lovely place and the hosts.

We enjoyed a couple of days at the Pool House in Caves Beach. Good location, an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The Pool House was perfect for our needs, very clean, well equipped, private and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with milk, bread, eggs, wine and beer and other provisions. A very comfortable stay, thank you.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

My family along with 2 other families stayed during the Easter break. The stay was pleasant as it was very spacious, comfortable and quiet with lots of things to do and enjoy. Most importantly, our kids enjoyed swimming, playing pool and ping pong. If there is another chance, we’ll definitely rebook this place. Sarah was also very responsive and made it easy to check in. Bonny"s place was perfect for our stay with our 2 golden retrievers. We were in driving distance to the beaches, parks and dog friendly cafes and restaurants. There was an enclosed backyard for our pets to play. The flats design, and flooring was pefect for our goldens. The cosy flat was large enough, one level and the floors were easy to keep clean. Bonny spoilt us with yummy human treats and little extras like an umbrella, eatery recommendations and a relaxing area to sit with view to a beautiful garden. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, soft and cosy, we slept extremely well 😴. Bonny was contactable and responded quickly to our questions. All these things made our stay very enjoyable. Victoria was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful in the lead up to our stay and upon arrival. The place is a great size, has great views and had everything we needed for a few days, great location, walking tracks nearby and only a 5 min drive to local restaurants, cafes and shops. The breakfast provided was also an awesome addition, thanks for having us!

The place was nice, clean and has everything that you will need. Our stay was relaxing indeed, very convienient location, just need to walk going to the beach and the restaurants.

We had a great time at Stephen's place! The pool provides great entertainment, the place was immaculate, versatile and convenient and Stephen was very responsive when we had questions. We loved the touch of music in the media room!

One of the few places that is exactly as described! This home was cosy, clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful views, short walk to the lake, a park and a nice walking trail and best of all, pet friendly! The hosts were lovely and thoughtful. Everything was labelled with clear instructions.

Caves Beach itself is the perfect spot to unwind, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, including plenty of games to keep the kids entertained.

Enjoyed the ambiance of the place. Unfortunately for us, our stay was as marred by very inclement and unpredictable weather conditions so we didn’t get to explore as much as we’d have liked. Debbie’s place was very pleasant, quiet and relaxing. Definitely recommend 😊

My family and I stayed at Luke and Lenae’s place while we were in the area for a family wedding. It’s a beautiful spot and we loved watching the birds from the deck. Everything was very comfortable. Would stay again!

This was a great stay with a beautiful view of the channel just across the road. Plenty of walk ways to either walk or ride around Swansea. Boat ramp only a couple of hundred metres away. Great big front deck for sitting and watching the boats go in & out the channel. Would definitely recommend this place & would stay again. Kitchen stocked with everything you need
