Wonderful place! Everything in great condition, unit very clean and well equiped. Would absolutely stay again. Also pool was lovely, hot tub fantastic for cooler days. And all common facilities well maintained. Nice location slightly out of town, flat and easy walk in. Meant we had a quiet night sleep in a busy town! Hayley was really quick to respond to messages and everything was as stated (I’d argue even nicer than the photos).

Spacious, Spotless, and Thoughtfully Designed Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely enjoyed our time at this well-thought-out apartment, located on the ground floor of the main house. The space was squeaky clean—inside and out—and beautifully maintained, which made us feel instantly at home. We were greeted with thoughtful touches like treats, coffee, and tea, and truly appreciated the early check-in offered due to our early arrival. The apartment itself is spacious, light, and airy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s a lovely backyard with a table to sit and unwind, although we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay. While there's no parking on the property, we easily found street parking right outside the gate. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance, which was a bonus. Overall, a wonderful and welcoming stay—would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base!

We loved our stay at Robbie's place! A stylish, beautifully designed unit, finished to a high standard, it's well located to explore Oneroa and further afield on Waiheke Island. The large glass windows provide beautiful views out towards Oneroa beach. We had a great time and would highly recommend a stay!

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

Great place to stay in Tauranga. Easy access, great flat, with parking . Easy to grab.

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa! The place was stunning, very close to the town centre and restaurants and was exactly what we were looking for. Jacqui was very easy to communicate with too. Would absolutely stay again!

This was my parents’ second stay at Brendon and Jayne’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It truly felt like a home away from home – cozy, quiet, and full of warmth. What I really appreciated was how Brendon stayed in touch with me during their stay to make sure everything was going well, especially since my parents don’t speak much English. That extra level of care meant a lot to us and made their final days in New Zealand feel very safe and supported. Thank you again for being such thoughtful and genuine hosts. We’ll definitely keep your place in mind for future visits!

This property was all the "C"s - clean, conveniently located, comfortable and cosy. It was situated in a safe gated compound with well maintained pool, gym and tennis court at the foot of Mount Wellington a great local beauty spot from the top of which are sweeping views of all of Auckland. It is a short bus ride/reasonable walk from the excellent Sylvia Park shopping mall and the railway/bus station almost opposite provides quick uncomplicated access to the city's transport network - 15 mins from the CBD.

Strongly recommend this beautiful space to anyone seeking a calm space! Beautiful accommodation with a peaceful and homely feel. Host gives clear instructions on how to find the accommodation as the driveway can be difficult to locate from the street - may be best to reverse down driveway for easier access when leaving the residence.

We had an awesome couple of days at this property. The location was perfect for us, close to Bayfair, Bay Wave and just a quick walk to the beach. It was also only a quick drive down to the Mount and easily accessible to Bay Oval.

Awesome location right on the water! Only two of us stayed this time but will definitely come back with others in the future as it would be the perfect family holiday location and space!

Our family loved staying at Heemi's home for a short holiday and to move our son into University. The house was clean, comfortable and clutter free, with high-quality furniture, a lovely kitchen and comfortable beds. The number of bedrooms (4), toilets (2) and showers (2) made it perfect for our family of 5. The house layout is excellent with bedrooms separated from the living areas. Excellent off-street parking. Only a short drive up the road to Hamilton City itself for shops/places to eat. Heemi was very responsive to messages and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you Heemi!

Our stay at Lynley’s place was absolutely incredible. The entire space was absolutely spotless and well stocked for a comfortable stay. We were able to make ourselves comfortable while on our travels with the beautiful outdoor space, spacious kitchen and living spaces. Sitting in the backyard you feel at peace in a beautifully decorated and private space. There are also great amenities, clean and functional kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty to go and see in the area and a great local town in Thames for shopping and food so it is a great central location for your travels. The hosts were super friendly and made sure our stay was perfect. We cannot recommend Lynley’s place enough, it is a beautiful place which you will find yourself wanting to visit again!

Great stay! House was perfect for our families. The teenagers had their own space in the bedroom seperate from the others. Everything we needed was there. Fantastic communication from Anna. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

This is the second time I staid at Trudi’s place and both times I felt right at home. Trudi is so great and made me feel so comfortable! The space is beautiful and cozy and in a great spot. Close to lots of restaurants and the beach!! I will definitely bring back! Thanks Trudi xx

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

Great location , most restaurants and activities are about 5-10min drive , secure parking . Apartment has everything you need for a getaway .

Easy to locate and access. Very clean and well set out. The kitchen provided a selection of appliances and everything you needed for this space. Comfortable lounge furniture to relax while catching up. Primo sized bedrooms, one with a onsuite and 2nd bathroom was great. The bedroom with single beds did not have any towel or flannel, borrowed one from room next door. The trains seemed to be busy throughout the night, otherwise perfect for the 3 of us overnight, thank you Aleanna this apartment is well kept and presented. Ngā mihi - Teresa
