We had a wonderful stay at Serenity on the Sand. The location is absolutely stunning, just steps away from a beautiful, quiet beach perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. The home itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty around us.

This place is really special and peaceful. The views are incredible, the house is set up really nicely with everything you could need for a family: games for kids, SUPs and kayaks, and all cooking equipment. Couldn’t recommend highee

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

Little sea sea is such a lovely place to stay! It was super nice and tidy and lots to do for families around the area! The kayaks provided at the property added so much fun to our stay.

being dog friendly is such a plus when you're like us and love holidaying with our pup. emileah's place was very suitable for our medium sized dog with fencing and a good sized yard. great location, a short walk into the main drag of avoca beach and a good little cafe at the end of the street. emileah was the perfect host for our getaway. thanks!

My partner and I, and our 3 kids (between 5 and 8) had a great time! The house has a hot-water outdoor shower to get properly clean after a day at the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunrise across the ocean from the large living room windows. The kitchen has PLENTY of cooking utensils and crockery. TV has all the apps. The ping pong table downstairs was also worth it. It's useful to know that three of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and one queen bedroom is upstairs where the rest of the action is. The front balcony is nice and spacious, and the deck out to the back is HUGE! The location is extremely quiet, you can hear the waves on the beach. It takes about 3-5 minutes walk to get to the beach, it's very, very close.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

We had an amazing time at this house! Panassa and Nathan left us a thoughtful welcome package that was very much appreciated. The house was perfect for our group of 10—spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Communication with them was super easy as well, which made the whole experience even better. Wonderful holiday home and host. We had a fab time. The home is Super close to beach with a short easy walk, and nestled in a quiet pocket. It’s just minutes walk to the surf club cafe or Avoca and Terrigal restaurants and shops by car. The home is well designed and thoughtfully equipped, I was able to host my Martha Stewart inspired luncheon! Beds were comfy and the bathrooms spacious. Entertainment was endless with board games, pool and table tennis plus tv streaming. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends. Adrian the gracious host is friendly and quick to communicate. This stay was Airbnb at its best. We’ll be back!

A really beautiful property - recently renovated and impeccably styled. Nice and private, with a great outdoor deck. Amethyst was amazing - super helpful with a last minute booking, super responsive and made our stay great. Very grateful and had a really great time. Thank you :)

Our group had an amazing stay. The house was well equipped for 10 people, I was especially impressed with the well-stocked kitchen utensils and walk-in pantry. Quiet and peaceful area very close to the beach, though not too far from shops and restaurants. Appreciated Brent's prompt and friendly communication.

The house is excellent, well-maintained, and well-supplied with necessary items. The large and comfortable bedrooms are a significant benefit. It's a fantastic spot if nature and beaches are your purpose. I would be more than happy to rent again.

A wonderful stay in a great big house with plenty of space and things to do. The host was very amenable and helpful and we had a wonderful time. Rooms were comfortable and the big loft space with lots of beds would suit a group with lots of older children, to have a big sleepover of sorts. Well fenced and set up for dogs too, with plenty of parks and dog friendly beaches nearby. Kitchen and cooking facilities had everything you need to actually cook, even for the larger groups that could fit in such a big house.

We love spending time beach time, we have made it an annual holiday tradition! Geoff and Kellie do an amazing job and the house is beautiful! It’s a home away from home and you feel safe visiting with your dogs. We hate leaving and count down the days till we are back again.

Well, what more can I say, I loved so much at Christmas I had to come back and share this beautiful corner of the world with my oldest friends. Thank you Margaret for letting us stay in your piece of paradise,. I'll be back!
