Avon Mill Apartment sits on the top floor of a beautiful Victorian corn mill, in lovely South Devon. It is light and spacious with exposed beams, open plan living space and wonderful views down the Avon Valley. With walks from the doorstep & easy access to beaches and stunning coastline, as well as Dartmoor - a super location to explore all that the South Hams has to offer. The Mill is at the heart of Avon Mill Garden Centre and the home of Avon Mill Cafe - makers of the best 'Devon Cream Teas'!

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

The Lodge is a beautifully renovated guest house. The property is designed for 2 people. The property offers 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room, including well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa bed, a south facing patio, parking and private entrance. The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. Sandridge Barton Vineyard is a 25-minute walk away.

For keen walkers, it’s possible to walk to the beach. There's the most fabulous views from the garden of the sea and countryside. There's parking outside and no steps. This cottage is perfect for those who are less mobile. It's ideal for couples that seek a retreat in the countryside. There's so much wildlife and dark skies at night.

Beautiful Dartmoor house, idyllic moorland setting

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

A newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance and parking. Set on a beautiful small-holding with horses, ducks, chickens and dogs, located 3 miles from Bantham Beach and many other beaches. Only a ten-minute walk away lies Berry Pomeroy Castle — one of Devon’s most picturesque and intriguing historic sites.

Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.
