Renovated ground floor appartment in Toroni. Situated close to the sea, in the most peacefull region of Toroni, yet close to shops and taverns It's thick stone bio-climatic construction, allows it to stay cool throughout all summer. The appartment has one bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a convertible double sleeper sofa and a single sleeper bed-sofa. The residence is a renovated flat with a size of 100 sqm. It is found on the upper floor of our vacation home in the coastal settlement of Marathos in Magnesia, about 10 km from the city of Volos and just 100-150m from the nearest beach. It has got a panoramic view of the entire Pagasetic Gulf. The residence can accommodate one or more families or groups of 2-6 people. All the bedrooms are sunny, have a scenic view of the sea .

From the spacious garden the door leads into the generous open plan living area with several comfortable couches. The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated units, hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The bedroom is also well stylish, with double bed and exit to the back garden area.
