Common Roots (2558 Lyndale Avenue South) - Neighborhood cafe boasts local, organic from-scratch fare in a cheerful, bright venue including wonderful bagels and a great online ordering menu.

Common Roots is a local favorite and won over several guests. Go alone or with someone - anytime of day. Great food, coffee, wine, beer.
