Definitely one of my favorite local restaurant and best seafood in the Monterey area. On the Monterey Wharf and about a 10 mile drive

Fun and bustling seaside attraction. You can get some excellent chowder here. The great views of the ocean at the end of the wharf is excellent too.

Fishermans wharf is a classic spot in downtown Monterey with restaurants, shops, and clam chowder samples. Also is where you access whale watching tours and fishing trips.

Love it here. I was perfectly raised on the wharf my grandparents founded Abalonetties restaurant. lots of food shops and whale watching tour opportunities, plus you never know who you meet down there.
