The Fishermen's Museum in Hibb's Cove is a 3 building experience, located in the vibrant modern day fishing community of Port-de-Grave along the Baccalieu Trail. Starting at the Museum opened in 1970 you will see tools, traps, techniques that fishermen in the past used daily, The Porter House built in 1905 is displayed as a typical home in outport Newfoundland, and the third building is the Hibb's Hole School, established in 1853 is one of the very few remaining in the province.
