Take a boat trip around Looe Island and see the Seals & Cormorants or if you time it just right for the spring tide have a walk over!

Stretching from Hannafore Point to the outskirts of Looe sits Hannafore Beach, a quiet, south east facing beach. It is predominantly a shingle beach that reveals some coarse sand and an extensive reef with rock pools at low tide. Most people visit the beach for these fantastic rock pools that are uncovered twice daily, but it also a great suntrap due to its positioning. Hannafore never becomes too busy, partly due to its location (across the river) and partly due to its lack of facilities and golden sand like neighbouring beaches. Great long promenade and ice cream kiosk!

Trips by boat are available. According to local legend, Joseph of Arimathea landed here with the Christ Child, on a Tin trading trip.
