Incredible views from the top of the mountain to the sea and the ricefields. Short and interesting visit to a small castle. Walks around the area ideal for the whole family

Cullera Castle is a construction from the 10th century, from the Caliphate era, built on the remains of another Ibero-Roman building. It was during the reconquest that King Jaime I decided to reform it and expand the fortress. The set is made up of 5 towers, the fortress and two fortified enclosures. The walk between the walls is a return to the past. During the visit you can enjoy a museum, the chapel of the Virgin and of course the weapons room. Construcción del siglo X, de la época califal, levantado sobre restos de otra edificación Ibero-Romana. Tiene unas magníficas vistas de la costa y, hacia el interior, de los arrozales. Se puede acceder a pie, en coche, o tomando el tren turístico desde el paseo marítimo, en la misma calle del apartamento. Consulta en la oficina de turismo los eventos que se estén realizando durante tu visita.

la ruta senderista por la montaña de Cullera viendo como se hace de noche es una auténtica gozada. 3 horas de caminata realmente agradables. Pasando por el Castillo de Cullera. a 5 minutos en coche.
