Dipping ramen (Tsukemen) is delicious! PS: it’s relatively not as easy to find Tsukemen as an option on the menu in many other ramen places here in the Bay Area

San Mateo is the home to so many amazing ramen shops. This restaurant is amazing and is known for its Tsukemen, a dipping noodle loved by many, was invented in Nakano Taishoken.
