A local favorite for some good homestyle cooking. You can find anything from chicken fried steak, fish, chicken or a delicious steak. There is a great salad and soup bar.

Cowboy's is a staple in Big Spring, and another local hang out; they provide you more typical west Tx food like chicken fried steak, hamburger steak, grilled chicken, steaks, etc. They also have a small salad bar and soup of the day. They have a reasonably good size dining room, so it's suitable for larger groups. It's not the best food you will have, but it's not bad.
