Owner Chad Gardner, who's also chef/owner of popular local catering outfit Dash and Handful, just finished his buzzed-about expansion here, adding a cocktail bar, loungey seating, and high-top tables, in addition to a spring roll bar in the industrial-mod dining room, behind which chefs roll up concoctions like 5-spice braised pork belly with slipper lobster. The rest of the menu still focuses on what Gardner's dubbed Viet-fusion cuisine, sticking with an array of pho choices (including a full-on vegetarian version. ) along with entrees like tiger shrimp vermicelli noodle bowl and shaking beef over mizzuna and watercress.
