just before Hackney Downs about a 7 minute walk away. This is a lovely hidden spot, with seating outside, good coffee and delicious breakfasts.

Great for a coffee and a pastry first thing, does a lovely lunch or grab a beer and sit outside in the evening. There is a great vibe on sunny evenings in Hackney Downs Studies , the area outside.

3 min walk from the flat. Local bakery serving coffee, breakfast, brunch, beers and pizza. They have another branch (bigger outside space, great for brunch!) on Gillet Square, 10 min walk from the flat.
