Cafe on the beach, near the Yacht Club.

...it's 50 yards away and on the beach. Great traditional cafe with food, sweeties and lollies for the kids. Also sells essential inexpensive but completely necessary plastic toys for the beach! Let the kids play in the sand whilst you have a well-earned cuppa.
