What an enjoyable way to spend a few hours. A lovely landmark with a fascinating history, from the founding monks to the first day of Hogwarts. I highly recommend it! Admission is free, but donations are encouraged.

Located in Gloucester, approx a 20 minute drive. If you choose to visit Gloucester during your stay The Cathedral is a must see. A beautiful kept building dating back to 1089.

An 11th century building steeped in history with a quaint cafe to feel the sightseeing. Just round the corner is Gloucester museum right in the heart of the city surrounded by shops and other attractions. (5 miles)
