Great butcher shop and charcuterie supplies. They focus on local and fresh. The owner will fix you a tasting plate is you’re nice.

Italian speciality store with amazing Italian charcuterie. They make all their own salami on-site and have a nice selection of other products. Really worth checking out! Go here and then rent bikes (weather permitting) in town at Fortress Bike to bike the beautiful 4 mile rail trail.

Italian couple moves upstate from Brooklyn and cures their own sausage and salumi and imports the best cheeses, pickles their own local veggies and much more. A great little shop!
