If you make it to Grand Lake they specialize in caribbean style food. Great food and make sure you get a painkiller drink too!

Best Poke bowl I've had anywhere near Estes Park! This place blew me away this winter when it was one of the only spots open. Easy to get here in the summer but about 3 hours away in the winter as you have to drive over trail ridge road to get here! Also some delicious Jamaican cocktails this place I will be visiting frequently this summer!!!
