There's a whole system of trails in the south end of Eugene, and they are fantastic as they link together for miles and miles of exercise. I love to trail run on these. Expect inclines and declines.

Great place for some beautiful easy hikes, and some of the trails are good for mountain biking, and the Raptor Center is right across the street.

12-mile out-and-back wilderness trail on the outskirts of Eugene. Generally considered moderately challenging hiking.

My wife's favorite stretch of the Ridgeline Trail System. Beautiful and peaceful.

7 minute drive. Relatively flat hiking trail. Don't leave valuables in car, no pass required.
