Superbe endroit pour une journée de randonnée dans la forêt tropicale. À seulement quelques kilomètres en voiture d'Ocotal. Possibilité d'y voir un volcan en activité.

National park encompasses an active volcano and many waterfalls. Activities include hiking and camping. There are endless varieties of animals and plants in the rainforest.

See volcano vents, mud pools, boiling lake. Rincon National Park. $12 non citizens, 1 hour drive, easy 2 to 3 hours hike. They have more difficult trails also. Note the path is smooth with lots of small steps.
