Known as a gastronomic capital, São Paulo also has recipes invented exclusively in the city. The Bauru sandwich is an example. Created 80 years ago at Ponto Chic Bar and Diner, it earned its name because of its creator's nickname. Even with so many options of restaurants and fast foods, those who enjoy a good snack should not fail to taste this original Bauru Point Chic. There are other variations of the recipe, the best known takes cheese, ham and tomato. Ponto Chic's Bauru is one of the three most traditional sandwichs in São Paulo, along Estadão's Ham Sandwich and Mercadão's Baloney Sandwich. You must check it!

No Largo do Paissandu fica a lanchonete número 1 do Ponto Chic, a única dica é experimente o Bauru do Ponto Chic e nunca mais coma Bauru em nenhum outro lugar!!!
