A former royal silk factory in the charming garden of Amoreiras now houses an intimate museum dedicated to Portugal's greatest 20th-century artist, Vieira da Silva, and to her husband Arpad Szenes. The museum hosts interesting temporary exhibitions and cultural initiatives.

This small museum is just up the road in Amoreiras Garden and has a good collection of Maria Helena Vieira da Silva and her husband, the Hungarian Arpad Snezes and on the ground floor an itinerant exhibition during all the year. The inside café is a must to relax.
