Restaurant but they do different breakfasts and lunches, in this industrial setting. up a lane with old metal stair access, so limited access for people with walking restrictions.

New Zealand coffee & brunch brasserie with a very low key relaxed vibe. Great place for coffee & breakfast before a visit to the neighbouring McManus museum, also recommended
