These hills surrounding Livorno millions of years ago were islands. Livorno was under the sea. This means that the nature and trees are really ancient, worth visiting . It reminds me of the Forest of Fangorn in the Lord of the Rings

Il Parco delle colline Livornesi offre innumerevoli percorsi Trekking e in Mountain Bike. Le pendenze e la difficoltà dei sentieri consentono la percorribilità a tutti. Panorami mozzafiato tra mare e collina garantiscono un pieno di vera natura.
