Walkable movie theatre. Our favorite, next to the Riverview, which is slightly farther.

it's actually 1.2 miles. Cool old movie house with a big screen and a smaller screen. It doesn't smell and they have A/C.

Close, 8-minute walk. First-run movies. It's a bit run down, but still has some of its original Streamline Art Deco charm.
