Dave, the chef of the Godevaart, was strongly influenced by the molecular cuisine from Ferran Adria. He did find his own way in this new philosophy about food, techniques and combinations/pairing, and what he's doing in de Godevaart (center of the town, just between the historical center and the commercial street De Meir) is very interesting/ He offers an exclusive haute cuisine you will not find elsewhere. Small choice in dishes, otherwise it is impossible to run a restaurant like this. Beautiful stylish interior and service. Higher scale. Dinner will be around 100 euro pp. Does deserve a Michelinstar, and will hopefully get one soon
