Do you like cheese? Do you like pie? Go to the Pie Safe! I have lived in other countries, and traveled the world... this is the best of the best. Worth the drive.

We think this is the best breakfast & lunch option in the entire Palouse! Plus it's pretty drive out of town which makes it a perfect little getaway for a Saturday morning.

Check hours before you venture out this way, but the drive is worth it for those croissants! So many layers... They also make national award-winning cheeses, other pastries, pizza, breakfast items, and more! If you happen to be in town when they offer a cheese, bread, or loom class, take it! The cheesemaking class was incredible!
