Cannoli and Arancini!!! Cannoli consist of tube-shaped shells of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling usually containing ricotta cheese. The dish and the name may originate from the Muslim Emirate of Sicily. Arancini are stuffed rice balls which are coated with bread crumbs and then deep fried. The most common is filled with ragù (meat, slow-cooked at low temperature with tomato sauce and spices), mozzarella cheese and peas. Also this dish are said to have originated in 10th-century Sicily at a time when the island was under Arab rule. I suggest Pasticceria Saporito to have a fantastic culinary experience
