This unit of the State Park is one mile from our location. It offers areas for swimming, picnics, walking trails, and boat launching. There is also an East Unit of the State Park on Pickerel Lake, about six miles driving from our location.

State park is a favorite for campers. Also offers rentals of canoes, kayaks and paddle boards.
