People gather at this beautiful city park every day to practice tai chi. You’ll see all kinds of groups—from young people to retirees—practicing the ancient technique, which is supposed to help you maintain your youth and find your center. It’s a fantastic way to meet new people in Havana. Sessions are offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8 am. Bring a blanket since it can be quite chilly in the park in the early morning.
